Workshop: CREES Russian Law Workshop

The Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies (CREES) is excited to host the third year of this not-for-credit graduate workshop.

The Russian Law Workshop will continue the Winter 2014 with the session planned for Tuesday, January 14 (time TBD-late afternoon/early evening).  The presenter will be Kathryn Hendley, Professor of Law and Political Science at the University of Wisconsin.

Registration for the workshop is required—please e-mail Julie Claus (jclaus@umich.edu) by Wednesday, October 30 if you plan to participate. The workshop is open to all U-M graduate students, no additional language skills or previous knowledge of Russian law are required. This is an outstanding opportunity to learn about the Russian legal system from expert practitioners and scholars.
If you have any questions about the workshop, please e-mail Julie or visit the Russian Law Workshop website (www.ii.umich.edu/crees/academics/russianlawworkshop).
