We are pleased to announce that the third annual Society for Industrial
and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) student conference will be held from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. on February 9th in East Hall. This is the second call for abstracts for both oral and poster presentations.
Potential talks might include:
-Modeling and simulation
-Mathematical biology & physics
-Mathematical economics
-Control theory
-Fluid dynamics
-Scientific computing
-Financial math
-and many more topics
Please submit abstracts by January 31st to SIAMOfficers@umich.edu. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
