Embrace Your Strengths and Your Struggles:
The Key to Creating a Meaningful Life with ADHD

Sari Solden, MS, LMFT, shares the core principles she's developed in almost 25 years of counseling adults with ADD or ADHD.

Learn why the secrets to leading a fulfilling life with ADHD as an adult may actually be the opposite of what you've been told! Discover why you may have been misdiagnosed or undiagnosed until adulthood.

Be introduced to new concepts such as:
-       Neuro-diversity
-       Executive functioning
-       Twice exceptional adults

Understand how avoidance, embarrassment, guilt and shame can create negative expectations and isolation, preventing you from getting the support you need to develop your strengths.

Stop trying to get rid of your differences: build on them.
Begin to move toward creating a life that works for you by using your unique perspective to make a contribution, increase your self-acceptance, and improve your emotional and mental well-being.
