SAPAC's Peer Led Support Groups (PLSG) are drop-in, confidential healing spaces that meet weekly for U-M students who identify as survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, or stalking. Each PLSG aims to empower survivors and facilitate resilience, reconnection, stress relief, and anxiety reductions for our participants.
  • General PLSG: open to student survivors of all identities
  • POC PLSG: in partnership with MESA, open to all student survivors of color
  • LGBTQ+ PLSG: in partnership with Spectrum Center, open to all student survivors who identify as LGBTQ+

Peer Led Support Group for People of Color (POC PLSG)

POC PLSG is a drop-in, confidential healing space for survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, stalking, and/or sexual harassment, who identify as people of color. Facilitated by student staff, POC PLSG is a place for survivors of color at U-M to find not only community but healing opportunities, including anxiety reduction, self-care activities, and mindfulness.

If you’re looking for a space where you won’t have to justify what you’re experiencing, to be together with others who just get it, this is the place for you.

Meetings: Weekly on Tuesdays
Time: 6-7:30p
