Bioinformatics Core Training: Resources for Interpreting Gene/Protein Lists
You send your samples to the DNA Sequencing Core, the data goes to the Bioinformatics Core, and then you receive a spreadsheet of genes and proteins. What do you do now? Come learn about various resources and methods for interpreting a long list of genes and proteins at the Bioinformatics Core’s fall training session. We will cover, among others, the Gene ontology (GO) database and DAVID Bioinformatics's resources.
