| Job Description | This position is a part-time support position to the Faculty Director of the Erb Institute (erb.umich.edu), and to Erb staff. The selected individual will provide research assistance to the Erb Institute Director, and a full range of moderate to complex administrative work assignments for Erb Institute staff. The selected individual will interact with a wide range of university staff, students, alumni and community leaders to support community cohesion. Work in the Erb Institute often involves front line contacts with a variety of campus and community individuals requiring active problem solving and effective interpersonal skills. |
| Educational Value | The Erb Institute conducts research and provides thought leadership in the area of sustainability. The selected work study student will have an opportunity to learn about sustainability from the perspective of business professionals, researchers, and applied practitioners. |
| Job Requirements | Major Duties - ?Erb Faculty Director: - Conducting literature and information searches in support of the Erb Faculty Director's research program. Depending upon the selected individual's performance and experience, data collection and analysis may also be included in the job portfolio. Major Duties - ??Marketing and Communications: - Routine updates to marketing tools and email lists - Assistance with photo collection tool through photo upload and categorization - Update bulletin boards in Ross and SNRE - Other duties as assigned ??
