CCES 2016 Winter School "Science meets Practice", Switzerland

Aspirations to solve complex societal problems more effectively has meant an increasing demand for scientists to interact with people and institutions outside of the scientific community. This is the focus of the CCES Winter School, where participants learn methods on how to better interact with stakeholders such as practitioners in public or private institutions and the general public, and by doing so help to strengthen a genuine dialogue and knowledge exchange between science and practice.

We are pleased to announce that once again the CCES Winter School "Science meets Practice" will take place in early 2016 in Switzerland, and applications for prospective participants are now being accepted. Please let your fellow  PhD students, Postdocs, colleagues and other interested parties know about this great opportunity. For more information about the CCES Winter School, please refer to the website at http://www.cces.ethz.ch/winterschool/ , or the information flyer attached, which you are welcome to disseminate broadly.
