Residency opportunity for outdoorsy graduate women

Good morning,
My name is Julie and I am the lead caretaker at Nichols Arboretum. We are looking to fill some vacancies for resident caretakers, and we have received a lot of very qualified applicants, mostly male. We are interested in adding some diversity to our team of caretakers, and I have been on the WISE email group for a while and thought this might be an avenue for reaching out to more women in the natural sciences. It is open to current and incoming graduate students and provides free on-site housing for the duration of the job.

The position description can be found here under Graduate Student Caretaker Positions at Nichols Arboretum:

Thanks for taking a look and please let me know if you have questions or comments for us regarding this position!
