The January 17 SLAM (Student Learning and Analytics at Michigan) speaker will be Daniel Johnson, who works on biology education at Wake Forest University. Dan will be speaking about BioBook, a Gates-funded ipad textbook that allows faculty and students to track progress and customize learning experiences.
At 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, CRLT will be hosting an informal breakfast for grad students and postdocs. Please email me (mcwright@umich.edu) by 1/10 if you would like to attend.
